Hiking

The Dolomites - distinctive mountain peaks and a paradise for those who love hiking and climbing. The landscape is absolutely fascinating and varied and the most impressive mountains are just in front of you. This is where you experience mountains and nature at close quarters.

Across the Rit mountain meadows

Across the Rit mountain meadows

On the “Tru di pra”, the meadow path you walk across fertile meadows down in the valley and lean meadows higher up in the mountains. These are living environments created by humans, painstakingly created by our ancestors who, in ancient times, used to live in the hay barns on the Alpine meadows. The impressive number of animals and plants has been preserved thanks to the continuous efforts of our farmers.

Course of the path: La Val (1,348 m) - Lake Lech da Rit (1,863 m) - Crusc da Rit (2,021 m) - Ciavaza - Ramëi - La Val
Duration: about 5 hours; medium / difficult
