Check in / check out:
Our apartments are available from 3 p.m.. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave your apartment until 9.30 a.m.
Children’s prices:
Children from 0-2 stay for free. From 3 to 6 years they pay 30% and from 6 to 14 they pay 60% of the normal price.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellations of 14 days or less before arrival, we charge 100% of the total amount. In case of last minute cancellations, no-show or prior departure, we also charge the total amount.
In case of cancellations up to the 15th day before arrival, we charge 70% of the total, while for cancellations or up to 30 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total price.
In case of cancellations up to the 60th day before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
Booking confirmation:
In order to confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 40% of the total amount via bank transfer.
Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Local tax:
The local tax is € 2,3 € per person / night. Children up to 13 do not pay any local tax.
Pets:
Dogs & pets are not allowed.
Final cleaning:
Final cleaning is included in the price.
